Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 8–12 business days to the US. International orders may take slightly longer. Every order includes a tracking number.

What if my glass arrives broken?
Email support@theflintco.shop within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return anything.

How does the 360° rotating base work?
