Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery to the United States takes 8–12 business days after processing. International orders may take slightly longer. Delivery may also take longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show updates after you receive it.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before shipping.
